Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When a page is requested, Cloudflare processes the access data needed to deliver it: IP address, time and user agent. That processing is necessary to operate and secure the site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). A transfer to the United States relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where Cloudflare is certified under it.
This website itself sets no cookies, has no contact form and no analytics. There is no user account and no audience measurement of our own.
Map
The map library (Leaflet) is served from this site. Map tiles are not requested when the page opens. Only a click on “Show map” loads tiles from tile.openstreetmap.org, operated by the OpenStreetMap Foundation. That request sends the browser’s IP address to that service. There is no separate consent banner; the click is what starts the request. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: a legitimate interest in showing where a property is, and only when the visitor asks for the map.
Auction data
Auction text comes from the public BOE Portal de Subastas. Before publication, personal data is removed where the filter recognises it: names in boundary descriptions, email addresses, telephone numbers and identity numbers. If something was missed, please write to the address above.
Your rights
You may ask the controller for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Articles 15 to 21 GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 GDPR). That is in particular the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid, www.aepd.es, and the authority of your place of residence.
